Well we very well cant Have locals and not know who they are!

Are you a mermaid? a gypsy? a shipwrecked islander? a pirate?
let us know in this first challenge to doll yourself as one of the inhabitants of the island.

This Challenge is open ended, so there are no prizes.
BUT....
I do offer you this lovely Island ID for your av, or just as a token for completing the challenge.
